PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing type window grille for keeping beauty of external appearance of a window part without protruding the window grille to the outdoor side of a window by installing the window grille in the indoor side of a window sash, and compactly winding a grille member around a winding member. SOLUTION: The opening and closing type window grille 20 installed in the indoor side of the window sash comprises: a pair of guide rails arranged mutually oppositely to the indoor side of the window sash; a plurality of grille members 32 provided movably along the guide rails; a flexible connection member connecting the adjacent grille members so as to approach to each other; the winding member 42 arranged adjacently to one end of the guide rail and winding the grille member 32; and a flexible drawing member 48 connecting the winding member 42 and the grille member 32 and wound around the winding member 42.
