摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically control the temperature rise in a cabin and to allow a car owner to control the temperature in the cabin from outside the car. SOLUTION: The in-vehicle monitoring system is equipped with an in-vehicle monitoring apparatus 1 set in a cabin for monitoring the situation in the cabin and a communication apparatus 2 having a radio communication function, hand-carried by a car owner. The in-vehicle monitoring apparatus 1 has a communication section 11 for performing radio communication with the communication apparatus 2, a temperature sensor 12 for detecting the temperature in the cabin, a cabin temperature control means for controlling the cabin temperature corresponding to the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 12, and a control situation notification means for transmitting by the communication section 11 the control state controlled by the cabin temperature control means to the communication apparatus 2. The communication apparatus 2 transmits the control setting information of the cabin temperature control means to the communication section 11. The cabin temperature control means has a control changing means for controlling the cabin temperature based on the control setting information transmitted from the communication apparatus 2, when the communication section 11 receives the control setting information transmitted from the communication apparatus 2.
