PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture at a time a plurality of cavity plates made of laminated thin plate-shaped components. SOLUTION: Lead frames 100a-100d comprise base plates 14 each having many pressure chambers; spacer plates 13 each having through-holes connected with the ends of the pressure chambers; and a plurality of manifold plates 12 each having ink passages communicating with the many pressure chambers via the through-holes, and the plates 14, 13 and 12 are arranged side by side in frames 102. Each lead frame is manufactured independently. The frames are laminated so that the plates of the lead frames are integrated.
