PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen-printed matter having a more real and textured pseudo metal surface equipped with an excellent external appearance and high workability and a method for enabling to more favorably form the pseudo metal surface. SOLUTION: In order to form this pseudo metal surface, while a light reflecting layer 14 for emitting metallic luster through the reflection of light is printingly formed by screen printing on the back of a sheet 12 to be printed made of a transparent flat board, a spindle pattern 20 having concentric circle-like pattern formed by drawing a large number of concentric circles at fixed pitches on the surface of forming part of the light reflecting layer 14 in the sheet 12 to be printed and a radiant pattern 18 having radiant pattern extending radially from the central portion of the spindle pattern 20 are laminatingly formed with optically transparent ink by screen printing.
