PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manually operated assembling device of simple structure reduced in costs and capable of preventing a failure to take parts. SOLUTION: In a process of assembling the parts 3 to a workpiece W by manual operation, an assembling workbench 11 holding the workpiece W, and a parts machining device 13 machining the parts 3 one by one, are used, and the parts 3 are machined from the parts machining device 13, interlocked with the movement of the assembling workbench 11. Consequently, since the part 3 to be assembled next is machined interlocked with the movement of the assembling workbench 11 after the completion of assembling work, the workpiece W and the parts 3 correspond to each other to prevent a failure to take the parts, and the psychological burden of a worker can be lightened while preventing the formation of defective products to enhance the reliability of the products. Further, since the parts 3 are machined using the movement of the assembling workbench 11, the manually operated assembling device of simple structure reduced in the costs can be provided.
