PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter or the like for a coated corrugated pipe which has both functions of cutting a pipe body and a coating and by which the coating of a required length can be accurately peeled off corresponding to the uneven pitch of the pipe body. SOLUTION: The cutter 1 is provided with both of a main blade 41 (for cutting the pipe body) and an auxiliary blade 55 (for cutting the coating) to the body 10. The cutting of the pipe body TB and the coating TC can be executed with one cutter 1. Accordingly, the complication of work can be reduced since a worker does not have to shift a tool from one hand to the other corresponding to the work at a working site. Further, the interval L between the main blade 41 and the auxiliary blade 55 can be set at integral multiples of the uneven pitch of the pipe T by sliding a slide arm 50 to the body 10. Therefore, the uneven pitch of the pipe body TB can be accurately set. The coating TC of a required length can be accurately peeled off. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
