PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure of a diaper cover having its easily attaching structure, giving a user an unstrained wearing feeling, retaining an adhesive strength of a hook-and-loop fastener and providing a sure wearing feeling. SOLUTION: The diaper cover is provided with a hip guard part 1 covering the back side of the hip, a crotch guard part 4 frontward extending from the hip guard part 1, a front guard part 5 extending further frontward from the crotch guard part 4, and a waist part 2 extending from the left/right of the hip guard part 1; and is worn by wrapping the user's waist with the left/right of the waist part 2 from the back to tighten the waist, and fastening the waist part 2 wrapped around its left/right to the front guard part 5 wrapped around frontward. The tip of the waist part 2 is disposed with fastening pieces 3, each fastening piece 3 is disposed with several fastening parts 9 composed of the hook-and-loop fastener, a cut is formed between a fastening part 9 and a fastening part 9, and the interval between the fastening parts 9 can be adjusted by the cut 10.
