PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the simplification of a structure and the reduction of number of component to cope with the demand of further thinning and reduction of weight by a construction wherein static electricity generated in respective casings is released to a substrate for the casing of one part. SOLUTION: The first casing and the second casing superposed mutually are connected pivotally by a connecting unit 14. The connecting unit 14 is constituted of a rotary shaft unit 42 and a bearing unit 43 connected so as to be pivotally mutually, while the rotary shaft unit 42 is fixed to the first casing under the condition of conduction and the bearing unit 43 is fixed to the second casing under the condition of conduction.
