PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a small width belt member binding body having a plurality of bars for binding a coil winding body by a binding band by coping with change of width of a small width belt member easily and simplifying a configuration of a device to reduce cost. SOLUTION: When the binding band 17 passing through between adjacent coil end individual pressing pins 146 and 146 is deviated to an improper binding position from the center in the direction of width of each coil end part 10b of the coil winding body 10 by change of each width of the small width belt member 10a, the coil end individual pressing pins 146 are moved to a proper binding position along the direction of width of the coil winding body 10 while each coil end part 10b of the coil winding body 10 is pressed by a coil end batch pressing part 12A.
