<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-heating sterilization method by infrared ray irradiation for inducing resonance / ringing motion in the molecules of microbes constituting organic materials and annihilating the microbes by utilizing non-heating sterilization but the absorption of a specified wavelength, and holding an object to be irradiated to which the microbes are stuck or in which the microbes are contained in a non-heating state. <P>SOLUTION: In the non-heating sterilization method by the infrared ray irradiation, the irradiation wavelength range of the infrared ray irradiation is constituted of near infrared rays and a large part of mid infrared rays adjacent to them, and the infrared ray irradiation is performed in the irradiation atmosphere of humidity 30%-100%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
