<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate use of mail addresses containing character names which a user is using in a network game. <P>SOLUTION: A server group 2 includes a mail server 22, and two or more game servers 23 which respectively provide different games. The mail server 22 is provided with a character information table which stores character names used, in the game corresponding to the user and the game name. The mail server 22 counts the character names registered in the character information table corresponding to the user, and creates an expansion mail address contained in the domain name of the game name, if it receives request of usage of the user's expansion mail address from a terminal device 1.
