<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave generating apparatus capable of stabilizing or controlling the frequency/phase of a magnetron microwave and stabilizing or controlling the amplitude of the magnetron microwave. <P>SOLUTION: A phase or amplitude comparator 5 compares a microwave with a reference signal in either frequency/phase or amplitude and changes anode current so as to make the frequency/phase or the amplitude of the microwave coincide with that of the reference signal. Thereby, either the frequency/phase and the amplitude of the microwave of is stabilized by control of an electric field. In parallel with this, by manually changing the current of an unillustrated coil wound around an unillustrated battery of a magnetron, the other between the frequency/phase and the amplitude of a microwave is stabilized by electric field control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
