<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep contact pressure between a finger which gives pressing force and a fingerprint contact part constant. <P>SOLUTION: This fingerprint sensor is provided with a rotary roller 3a having the fingerprint contact part 3a1 with the surface of which a fingerprint is brought into contact and comprising a transparent body, a fingerprint reading means 10 including an optical lens 21 to be stored in the rotary roller 3a, a one-dimensional imaging device 22 and for reading the fingerprint brought into contact with the fingerprint contact part 3a1 of the rotary roller 3a and an elastic member 3c2 which supports the rotary roller 3a movably to a depressing direction of the finger via elastic force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
