PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meandering corrector for winding a battery element capable of promptly performing meandering correction in a width direction of a battery element material with high accuracy and a simple structure. SOLUTION: The winder for the battery element has a sensor detecting meandering in the width direction of the battery element material and at least one or more rollers in which one outer diameter on which the battery element material is wound can be changed. When meandering of the battery element material is detected by the sensor, the outer diameter variable roller is variably operated in a direction to correct the meandering.
