PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single battery which has no need of welding or the like of another member for a voltage detecting terminal. SOLUTION: The single battery comprises a lamination type generating element with at least a cathode plate and an anode plate laminated in turn, a cathode tab 10 connected to the generating element, and a terminal part 4 formed as a part of the cathode tab 10 and processed into the voltage detection terminal.
