PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for mounting on a school knapsack which enables one to safely carry goods while securing a freedom of the hands, and is excellent in portability and storability when not used. SOLUTION: The cover 12 of the container 10 is constituted of a front face part 14, side face parts 16A, 16B, back face parts 18B, 18B and connecting belts 36A, 36B. A pocket 20 is provided in the lower side of the front face part 14, and bags 28A, 28B for storing small articles or the like are provided on the side face parts 16A, 16B. Hook and loop fasteners 38A, 40A on the back face part 18A are joined with hook and loop fasteners 38B, 40B on the other back face part 18B. Furthermore, the container is mounted on the school knapsack when hook and loop fasteners 42A, 42B on the connecting belts 36A, 36B are joined respectively with hook and loop fasteners 26B, 26A on the front face part 14.
