PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient switching power supply device which suppresses radiation noise. SOLUTION: A snubber circuit 8 is composed of a first diode 10, a first resistor 12, a series circuit of a first capacitor 11, a second diode 14, and a second capacitor 13 at both ends of a primary winding 3 of a transformer 2. Consequently, dV/dt on both ends of a switching element 4 during turning-off is suppressed low. The radiation noises can be reduced with high efficiency in order to regenerate the energy to a secondary side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
