PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric discharge device which operates stably even in the environment of high temperature and high humidity. SOLUTION: An electric discharge device comprises an electric discharge electrode formed on one surface of a base; an induction electrode formed on the other surface of the base, merely called "terminal surface" hereafter, or in the base; a terminal formed on the terminal surface; and conduction holes 6a and 6b for linking between the electric discharge electrode and the terminal or between the induction electrode in the substrate and the terminal. In the electric discharge device, at least opening portion of each of the conduction electrodes 6a and 6c is filled with a metallization portion 7 to electrically connect between the electric discharge electrode and the terminal or between the induction electrode and the terminal.
