PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dislocation segment conductor in which a strain occurring to a strand can be suppressed within allowable strain, stable electric conductive property can be maintained, and high reliability for a long period can be realized. SOLUTION: In the dislocation segment conductor consisting of dislocated segment which is composed of a plurality of dislocation-twisted tape-shaped strands and is wound spirally around a tube body, when the diameter of the tube body is expressed as D [mm], the thickness of the strand as t [mm], the width of the strand as W [mm], allowable strain of the strand asε<SB>p</SB>, the length of the dislocation passage of the dislocated segment 3 as L [mm], and spiral pitch of the dislocated segment as s [mm], it is constituted so that an equation (1):ε<SB>p</SB>≥[ät/(D+t)}cos<SP>2</SP>θ+3(W/L)<SP>2</SP>cos<SP>2</SP>ϕ] and an equation (2): tan(θ+ϕ)=s/(πD) are satisfied.
