PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an elevated section, a ramp section and an approaching section, utilizing a narrow working space effectively without generating a traffic jam, during a process of building a new highway bridge having a plurality of traffic lanes over an existing road. SOLUTION: The ramp section 2 is composed in such a way that a pair of left and right main girders 4 from both ends of the elevated section down to the ground are arranged closely to each other to have a width not too narrow to regulate the traffic on the ground, so that the passage of vehicles even during the construction period is not impeded.
