PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and precisely position a hoisted load at a predetermined position in the vertical direction. SOLUTION: This guiding device 1 for the hoisted load capable of suspending the hoisted load on a crane 20 through a hoisting tool 23, moving the hoisted load into the vertical direction through the hoisting tool 23 by the crane 20, and regulating swing of the hoisted load in the horizontal direction when positioning it at the predetermined position in the vertical direction is provided with a pair of guide parts 2, 2 provided by opposing to the horizontal direction. Each guide part 2 has guide faces 7, 8 broadening upward in the vertical direction. A part of the hoisting tool 23 is abutted on the guide faces 7, 8 when moving the hoisted load into the vertical direction to regulate travel of the hoisting tool 23 into the horizontal direction and regulate a swing of the hoisted load in the horizontal direction.
