PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with spring due to external pressure, rainwater pressure regardless of weather in the filling method of a gap of a marine, in water, land, and an underground structure, and to follow to movement and vibration of the structure and reduce the execution time. SOLUTION: The first solution made of an alkaline metal silicate salt water solution and the second solution including a salt or hydoxides are injected to fill in the gap formed in an existing gap of a building or a clearance simply formed or in the contact interface gap of a metallic material, wooden material, plastics, rubber, etc. and then by forcibly heating the gap part and its peripheral part to greatly reduce the water stoppage regardless of the width of the gap part and simply seal the gap.
