PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking structure for opening/closing device with an improved charging workability and a replacing workability of a cylinder unit for operating the locking and unlocking works and the execution method of the locking structure for the opening/closing device. SOLUTION: The cylinder unit 30 is constituted by providing a cylinder structure 31 while engaging with a specified key member 60 inserted in an axial one end side key hole 31c, transmitting the motion of the key member 60 to the axial other end side and a disengaging structure 32 operated by the motion transmitted from the cylinder structure 31. The cylinder unit 30 is detachably fitted to the opening/closing body 10 and constituted in an integral structure in which the cylinder structure 31 does not separate from the disengaging structure 32 in the disengaged state from the opening/closing body 10.
