PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively collect positively- or negatively-charged dust while pulling thereto by the Coulomb force by a reverse polarly charged rotary brush and electrically neutralizing. SOLUTION: The suction nozzle has the rotary brush 4 having a plurality of fibers, a positive pole plate 7, which is a positively charged material of the charged system and a negative pole plate 8, which is a negatively charged material of the charged system. The positive pole plate 7 and the negative pole plate 8 are provided contactably to the tips of some of the fibers of the rotary brush 4. Consequently since the rotary brush 4 is positively- or negatively-charged by contacting the positive pole plate 7 and the negative pole plate 8, the rotary brush pulls the dust thereto by the Coulomb force and electrically neutralize, efficiently collecting dust, whether dust is positively charged or negatively charged.
