The invention relates to a method for operating electronic semiconductor components via signal lines, particularly memory components, whereby the semiconductor components are arranged in groups to form modules, and the modules are connected to the signal lines. The inventive method comprises the following steps: determining and evaluating a signal quality on the signal lines of the semiconductor components of the modules during a signal transmission by using predetermined electrical criteria; selecting semiconductor components, and; using the selected semiconductor components according to a result of the evaluation. |
