<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print out an area displayed on a screen as it is without causing paper margins in the case of performing a four-side borderless printing. <P>SOLUTION: The printing system, which performs the four-side borderless printing by printing an image to be larger than the size of a printing paper sheet, is provided with: an image display means for displaying an image to be printed in an area narrower than the original area; an image reduction means for reducing the image to be printed; a printing data generation means for generating printing data based on an image obtained by enlarging the reduced image to be printed; and a printing execution means for executing printing based on the printing data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
