<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screening method for an agonist/antagonist. <P>SOLUTION: This method for screening a compound or its salts changing the binding property of a receptor protein or its salts and fatty acids is characterized by using a G-protein-conjugated receptor protein containing a similar or substantially similar amino acid sequence expressed by a specific sequence or its salts and fatty acids.
