<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably constrain a waist portion of an occupant on a collision while suppressing the cost. <P>SOLUTION: On a sudden deceleration caused by a head-on collision or the like of a vehicle, high-pressure gas is ejected into an inflator bag 29 from an inflator, the inflator bag 29 is inflated and developed to push up a seat cushion body. By the inflation and development of the inflator bag 29, a top plate 29b of the inflator bag 29 is displaced upwardly along the vertical direction with respect to a bottom plate, a tip part of a cable 41 is pulled upwardly by the top plate 29b, a buckle 37 with a tongue plate fitted thereto is pulled by a buckle pretensioner 24, and the tightening force of a lap belt 32b is increased. By the inflation and development of the inflator bag 29, the seat cushion body is lifted, the buckle pretensioner 24 pulls the buckle 37 with the inflator bag 29 as a power source, and the tightening force of the lap belt 32b is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
