<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element which has high photoelectric conversion efficiency by using a simple construction. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element is provided with an active electrode 5 which consists of a transparent film 1 and an optical transparency conductive layer 2, a counterelectrode 4 which is arranged so as to make a pair with the active electrode 5, and a solid layer 3 which is sandwiched between the active electrode 5 and the counterelectrode 4 and consists of a polymer bipolar membrane. The solid layer 3 has hole-transporting heterocycle polymer and fullerene denaturation object which shows charge transportation nature and in which various kinds of functional groups are introduced in fullerene. As the hole-transporting heterocycle polymer, heterocycle polymer such as polythiophene which is hole-transporting heterocycle polymer which does not have vinylene texture, polypyrrole, polyaniline, polyfuran, polypyridine and polycarbazole can be used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
