<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that manhours are increased, an adhesive material is also required and the cost of a solar cell module is increased because a terminal box for the solar cell module is installed by another process, after the manufacture of a solar cell panel in a method in which the terminal box is installed on the rear material of the solar cell panel section with an adhesive. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of solar cell elements 13 held by light-receiving surface side fillers 12 and rear-side fillers 14 are disposed between a light-transmitting substrate 11 and a rear 15 sheet with a through section 20. The solar cell elements 13 are sealed by these both fillers.
