PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet with a quality useful for multipurpose applications at a cold district which enables to exhibit an effective cold insulating effect by that a heat insulating material is constructed by a bran and a polypropylene, and is effective even in a thickness of≤3mm and able to process it to a complicated shape (like a bag). SOLUTION: The sheet with a quality usable at a cold district comprises an aluminum film put on the upper and down faces of the heat insulating material and a canvas put on the upper and down faces of the above, and the heat insulating material comprises a mixture of the bran and the polypropylene.
