PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein looseness is caused in the fitting state of a fitting recessed part and a fitting projecting part to exert any influence upon visibility by fitting the fitting recessed part and the fitting projecting part as fitting portions of a base and a stay to each other by face contact. SOLUTION: Since the fitting projecting part 31 of the stay 3 side is formed in a stepped shape, when the stay 3 is fitted to the base 2, the fitting recessed part 23 and the fitting projecting part 31 are engaged with each other with the ridge line 34 of the step of the fitting projecting part 31 brought into line contact with the inner surface of the fitting recessed part 23. As a result, the fitting recessed part 23 and the fitting projecting part 31 as fitting portions of the base 2 and the stay 3 are brought into line contact with each other, whereby dimensional error in manufacturing the fitting recessed part 23 and the fitting projecting part 31 is absorbed, so that the fitting recessed part 23 and the fitting projecting part 31 are surely engaged with each other without play.
