PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having excellent electric characteristics such as sensitivity characteristics and optical response characteristics and excellent wear-resistant life and causing no damage or irregular density in a formed image for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor 1 contains an enamine compound expressed by general formula (1) in a charge transport layer 6, and is specified to have 2.70 to 5.00% creep value (C<SB>IT</SB>) of the surface when the maximum indendation load of 30 mN is applied to the surface for 5 sec in the environment of 25°C and 50% relative humidity, and have 220 N/mm<SP>2</SP>to 275 N/mm<SP>2</SP>surface hardness of plastic deformation (Hplast).
