PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber for clothes, a fabric, clothes or the like lowering surface resistance of clothes such as shirts, pants and supporter directly touching the skin and preventing static charge and excellent in protection of the skin and promotion of health by far-infrared effect. SOLUTION: Germanium superfine particles are uniformly applied to the surface of fiber, fabric, etc., by vacuum deposition method, sputtering method, etc. As a result, surface resistance of clothes is lowered and health-promoting effect by far-infrared effect is exhibited by bringing germanium superfine particles having nano size thickness which apply fiber surface into contact with the skin.
