PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure of a vehicle capable of forming an easy-to-use luggage compartment floor without impairing the degree of freedom of the design of a seat. SOLUTION: A center console 2 on a floor between a right rear seat 5 and a left rear seat 6 of a vehicle is extended in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. A center seat back part 63 rotatable forward integrally with seat backs 62 and 62 with the rear faces thereof made flush with the seat back surfaces of both rear seats 5 and 6 is installed between the seat backs 62 and 62 of both rear seats 5 and 6. The front portion 63a of the center seat back part 63 is allowed to abut on the upper surface 2b of the center console 2 when the center seat back part 63 is rotated forward, and storage spaces 69 and 69 are formed between the seat backs 62 and 62 rotated integrally with the center seat back part 63 and seat cushions 61 and 61 corresponding to the seat backs 62 and 62.
