PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry a sufficient amount of load by solving a problem wherein the volume of the carried load is not sufficient. SOLUTION: In a motorcycle (vehicle) 10, a handlebar post 36 is rotatably fitted to a head pipe 12, a handlebar 15 is fitted to the handlebar post 36, the handlebar 15 is covered by a handlebar cover 37 and an area around the handlebar post 36 is covered by a vehicle body cover 24, a basket 61 for carrying the load is disposed at the front of the vehicle body cover 24, and a roll screen 62 closing the opening 63 of the basket 61 is installed. A winding roll is installed between the basket 61 and the front cover 41, and the shaft 115 of the winding roll 86 is set at a position higher than the top end of the front cover 41 and to the handle cover 37 side.
