PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label issuing machine which can easily register identification information showing the origin of a goods and is free from an input error of the identification information. SOLUTION: In this label issuing machine, the identification information for identifying the origin of the goods, e.g. an individual identification number to be attached to cattle characteristically, is read using a reader like a bar code scanner (ST3); this read individual identification number is stored in an individual identification number table (ST7); and the individual identification number stored in the individual identification number table and goods information stored in a PLU file are made relevant to each other (ST13).
