PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measuring method and apparatus suitable for optically measuring a subject and easily processing and displaying images of predetermined items based on information obtained by the measurement. SOLUTION: Fig.94 shows an analytic flow in the case of performing data analysis (arithmetic processing) after measurement processing using the optical measuring apparatus shown in Fig.1. A screen displayed in a step 942 is a screen shown in Fig.33 (unillustrated) mentioned later, where a data analysis mode is selected. A screen displayed in a step 943 is a screen shown in Fig.34 (unillustrated), where registered data files can be read. A screen displayed in a step 944 is a screen shown in Fig.43, 48, 49, and the like (unillustrated), where a data processing method (a settlement processing method) is set. A screen displayed in a step 945 is a screen shown in Fig.53 (unillustrated), where an image is formed and registered as a file through an image shown in Fig.63 (unillustrated) displayed in a step 946.
