PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal transport device formed so that horizontal transfer of a game medium might be horizontally carried out by spinning of a rotary disc arranged along the conveyance surface of a refilling rail, wherein this refilling rail is composed by joining a rail unit having a quick coupling means. SOLUTION: The refilling rail 1 is composed of a driving gear 17 directly linked with the rotary disc 3 fundamentally and an intermediate gear 18 which is arranged between them and transfers turning force. At one end of the unitized rail unit 2, a middle gear 19 for joining is supported by a turning arm 22 which turns centering around the rotary shaft 8a of the driving gear 17 geared to the gear 19. At other end, a securing arm 23, which turns centering around the rotary shaft 8a, is mounted. By fitting the rotary shaft 8c section of the middle gear 19 for joining into a securing groove 24 of the securing arm 23, rotation transmission, which functions equally to other parts, is performed also in a connection part.
