PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain wine having an excellent flavor in the case of production of wine using a concentrated grape juice. SOLUTION: The wine is produced by the subject method for producing wine comprising (1) a juice squeezing process for squeezing grapes, (2) a concentration process for concentrating the squeezed grape juice, (3) a process for introducing sulfurous acid gas into the concentrated grape juice or adding a sulfite to the grape juice, (4) a process for keeping the concentrated grape juice, into which the sulfurous acid gas is introduced or to which the sulfite is added, at a low temperature and (5) a process for diluting the concentrated grape juice kept at the low temperature and fermenting a wine raw material obtained by the dilution but not comprising a process for introducing sulfurous acid or adding a sulfite in an amount for stabilizing the kept grape juice to the squeezed grape juice before the concentration.
