In an image-forming device, an image scanning device and a control panel are arranged in a row on the top surface of a main casing. Below the image scanning device and the control panel, an ink accommodating unit, a paper conveying path having a conveying mechanism, and a recording unit are positioned in the surface area of the image scanning device and the control panel projected in a plan view. A paper cassette is disposed below the ink accommodating unit and the paper conveying path. A main partitioning plate is disposed in a substantially level state for covering the top of the paper conveying path leading to the bottom of the recording unit. The top surface of the main partitioning plate is formed as a support surface for supporting at least a portion of ink supply tubes that supply ink from the ink accommodating unit to the recording head.
