The generator device (1) is integrated into an item of clothing that is normally arranged at one or more positions on the person that undergoes a change in its dimensions during belly respiration. The selected position is the belly, lower belly or upper belly. The generator device can be integrated into a belt, kidney protection device, suspender or another item of clothing or accessory that is worn in the belly area. An antenna device surrounding the person radiates energy away from the body and may be configured to determine the direction of the remote receiver and optimize radiation towards it. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) an antenna device for a mobile data transmitter; and (b) a sensor for monitoring a parameter characterizing respiration.
