The device (1) is assembled of a housing (2) accommodating a hydraulically operated piston (6), a curved tightening element (4) at the top and a base (14) with a curved sliding surface (18) at the bottom. Two lateral extensions (12) can be used for joining the device (1) to the adjacent components. Two guiding arms (6) are attached to the lower surface of the tightening element (4) and provided with hook-shaped extensions at their lower ends serving as stops (11) for two linear projections (13) extending from the outer surface of the housing (2).
