<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a position of a correct reference mark even in the case that a mark which is not the reference mark is erroneously recognized as the reference mark. <P>SOLUTION: A reference mark position acquiring device 80 is provided with an image data acquisition part 80, a recognition mark position data acquisition part 94, and a reference mark selection part 100. Image data obtained by picking up the images of a plurality of the reference marks attached to the surface of a circuit board are acquired by the image data acquisition part 80, the image data are processed by the recognition mark position data acquisition part 94, and the position data of a plurality of recognition marks are acquired. On the basis of the position data of the plurality of recognition marks and data relating to normal positions of the plurality of reference marks, by selecting the reference mark from the plurality of recognition marks by the reference mark selection part 100, the position of the correct reference mark is acquired. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
