QUALITY JUDGING APPARATUS, QUALITY JUDGING PROGRAM AND QUALITY JUDGING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a judgement standard for certainly separating good and bad by fractionating a quality category to extract the feature inherent to each of categories. SOLUTION: A judgement function is calculated using a plurality of parameters becoming quality judging factors and the quality judgement results thereof and a threshold being the quality judging standard is determined on the basis of standard deviation in the judgement function. If the quality category distribution is not sufficiently separated at the time of determination of the threshold, the quality category is fractionated to form a histogram with respect to a good category and a bad category, and standard deviation in each of categories is calculated while a value separated from the frequency average of one distribution by predetermined quantity is set as a threshold to be classified into quality categories of a separated part and an approach part. A judgement function is again calculated with respect to the quality category of the approach part to determine a threshold. The quality of a quality judgement object is judged on the basis of the threshold thus determined to realize the high performance quality judgement corresponding to the difference of a fine shape.
