摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of stably fixing an isolated membrane protein to a solid phase with the membrane protein reconstituted in a bilayer lipid membrane, and a method of obtaining the interaction interface information of a stably fixed membrane protein and a ligand to perform the analysis of the interaction between the membrane protein and the ligand. SOLUTION: The method of reconstituting an isolated membrane protein in a bilayer lipid membrane comprises fixing the membrane protein to a solid phase by controlling its orientation and adding a lipid in the neighborhood of the fixed membrane protein to reconstitute a bilayer lipid membrane, and a membrane protein reconstitution solid phase is a solid phase produced by the method where a membrane protein is fixed being reconstituted in a bilayer lipid membrane and controlled in orientation and maintains activity.
