PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loaded boat lifting and lowering device capable of speedily lifting and lowering a loaded boat in its stable condition. SOLUTION: An arm 32 of a crane body 20 constituting the loaded boat lifting and lowering device 15 is constituted by connecting an inner boom 25, an outer boom 27, and an expansible boom 28 mutually so as to incline, expand, and contract.
