PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink packaging device for efficiently shrink-packaging with an even finish. SOLUTION: This shrink packaging device 1 for heating a heat shrinkable film packaging a product for shrink-packaging the product comprises a heating furnace 2 for heating the heat shrinkable film 8, a conveyer 4 for transporting the product packaged and covered with the film in the furnace, far infrared panel heater parts 10, 12 for irradiating the film with far infrared rays and a voltage control part 20 for controlling voltage applied to the heater parts so that the heater parts irradiate far infrared rays having a wavelength in a predetermined range.
