PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag, which is used as a synthetic resin packaging bag having an adhesive part for sealing an opening, and has a separate sheet that is separated easily, is sealed easily in good appearance, and is used suitably for taking out a commodity. SOLUTION: According to the packaging bag, front and back bodies 1a, 1b of synthetic resin films are welded together at both sides to form a bag body 10. The adhesive part 3, which is formed by pasting the separate sheet 4 temporarily on the inner surface of either of the opening ends 11a, 11b of the front and back bodies 1a, 1b, is formed along the opening end 10e of the bag body. The separate sheet 4 of the adhesive part 3 is made of a synthetic resin material different from the welded resin material of the front and back bodies 1a, 1b. Longitudinal both ends of the separate sheet 4 are sandwiched and welded between the front and back bodies 1a, 1b at the upper end of the welded parts 13, 13 at both sides of the bag body 10 to form sandwiched welded parts 13a, where the opening ends 11a, 11b of the front and back bodies 1a, 1b can be separated apart.
