PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull-handle structure of vehicle doors, which may be easily crushed during side-face collision of vehicles, while the strength of the upper portion of the doors is maintained intact. SOLUTION: Because a cutout portion 8 is formed at the bottom face portion 7 of a pull handle 6, the pull handle 6 may be easily crushed on the occasion of the side-face collision of vehicles. Because a cover 10 is made of a soft material, it does not become an obstacle to crushing of the pull handle 6. Since the cutout portion 8 is formed only at the bottom face portion 7, the strength of the upper portion of the pull handle 6 is maintained, which makes it possible to manually grip this portion and surely carry out the opening/closing operation of a door 1.
